This is a really neat product; it was obviously invented by a mom. I would say this is perfect for babies around 7 months or older. It doesn’t puree the food so your baby should be able to handle more texture and chunks in his/her food. So far I have tried, spaghetti, a banana, steamed broccoli, and a chicken-pasta dish. It works like a garlic press. If it can be mashed with a fork, it will work well in this devise. Things that don’t mash such as cantaloupe, oranges, or grapes don’t work so well, they just make juice . It is extremely portable and will be perfect for use at any restaurant. The spoon clips on and it has a lid, so you are ready to go. Clean up was also very easy!! This is much easier than a food processor.

I bought this as a gift for my grandbabies mamma. She isn’t using it yet. However we did try it out. And what a wonderful gadget for young ones. It is larger than I expected which is good. Very sturdy. Do away with baby food in jars. Love love love it!!
